Today I'm showing you an easy way to dress up a plain gift bag.
Pennants/bunting/banners are all the rage right now & this is such a simple little project you can do in such a short time.
Here's what you need:
1) A plain gift bag
2) Triangles cut from some pretty paper (I used my cricut to cut mine out)
3) A sewing machine
4) Glue
Feed your triangles through your sewing machine to attach them together.
I did one long string & then cut off sections as I needed them, but you could just do several smaller sections too.
Arrange them on your gift bag.
Attach them to your gift bag. I used the glue runner I use for scrapbooking & card making.
That's it! So easy & pretty right?
You can use whatever kinds of papers you want to go with a certain theme or age too!
I think this is perfect for a spring bridal shower, baby shower, or even for Easter.
And, as you can see, I have plenty more bunting left over for the next project! :)
And please leave a comment when you do so I know who my new friends are! :)
Enjoy your day!
